WARRANTY POLICY:

Provided that Bossltg manufactured products are installed, operated, and maintained in accordance with applicable written instructions, Bossltg will warrant its product against defects in workmanship and/or materials for a period of Three (3) years after the original invoice purchase date. This warranty does not extend to components supplied to Bossltg by other manufacturers such as Light Fixtures, Ballasts, Engine-Generator sets, Winches, Tires, and Electrical components, etc. However, these items will be warranted in accordance with original manufacturers' warranty/guarantee policy. Under no circumstances will any item be warranted if subjected to abnormal stress, misuse, negligent operation or accident resulting in damage, nor will any item be warranted if improperly repaired or altered. In any event, after receipt of component (FREIGHT PREPAID) at the Bossltg designated repair facility, warranty decision will be made by the respective manufacturer / supplier.
